REFUND POLICY
RETURNS: READ THIS FIRST
Before returning any parts, contact us to request an (RMA) Returned Merchandise Authorization number. All merchandise returned for credit must have prior authorization. Returns WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED without a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #). The RMA # must accompany all returns. The RMA # must be written on the packing slip and packaging. We will provide a shipping label for your return within the contiguous United States upon request at our discretion if the return is at fault of FFS otherwise customer is responsible for cost of label. Shipping from outside the contiguous United States is the responsibility of the customer and please contact us (HERE) before returning product.
Returns of uninstalled product, within 30 days of invoice date, are eligible for return for a full refund of the purchase price, with a maximum 20% restocking fee/shipping costs/ credit card fees. Product MUST BE resalable*, uninstalled, and unaltered. Returns from 31-90 days are eligible for return with a no questions asked minimum 20% restock fee. Orders of equal value (exchanges) may offset restock fees. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Returns will not be accepted on any of the following:

Product older than 30 days of invoice date

Product that has been installed, modified, or altered for any reason

Special orders
- Custom orders and products in the product description that state “cannot be cancelled after order is processed” are not eligible for a full refund and a fee will incur.

Obsolete, discontinued, or superseded product
ITEMS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING or Missing Parts
Missing parts or Shipping damages must be reported to us within 3 business days from the delivery date. If an item was damaged in shipping, please contact our customer service team for a quick resolution (HERE) or 740-939-0073. Please have photos of the product and packaging. Do not discard packaging prior to contacting us.
NON FFS Product
Non FFS product is eligible for return up to 30 days from invoice date, with a 20% restock fee. Product MUST BE resalable*, uninstalled, unaltered and in original packaging. Refunds will only be applied after all returns are thoroughly checked and we are satisfied with the condition of the items. Mounted tires/wheels are considered used and are NOT returnable. All returns must be in the original packaging and include all installation components, instructions, etc.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the returns items. Your financial institution may take longer. Please call your financial institution(bank/credit card company) first. If you have questions, please feel free to contact us at 740-939-0073 or via our contact form HERE.
*Resalable: Item must be complete with all original contents and packaging. No damage to finish or signs of installation/removal.
Cancellation
