Shipping & Handling

In-stock orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–6 business days after payment has been received and cleared.

Custom, made-to-order, fabricated, powder-coated, or special-order products may require additional production time. Please refer to the individual product page for estimated lead times when applicable.

Processing time does not include carrier transit time. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

International Shipping

We ship internationally; however, international orders cannot currently be completed through our online store.

If you are located outside the United States, please contact us at Brandon.farfromstock@gmail.com and we will assist you with placing an international order.

Returns

We do not accept returns due to a change of mind, change of vehicle, change of build plans, or a decision not to install a purchased product.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing components, please contact us before returning anything. Our first priority is to correct the issue by repairing or replacing the affected product or sending any missing components.

If a return is approved, a 20% restocking fee may apply. Please do not ship products back without prior authorization.

Cancellations

Approved order cancellations are subject to a 5% cancellation fee. Orders that have already entered production, fabrication, powder coating, customization, or fulfillment may not be eligible for cancellation.
