19-23 5th Gen Ram Steering Combo Tie Rod / Drag Link / Track Bar 2500 3500
Monster Steering & Track Bar Combo — 2013+ Ram 2500/3500
Beefed-up, precise steering for your 2013+ Ram 2500 & 2014+ Ram 3500 (incl. Mega Cab & Power Wagon). Our system replaces wear-prone factory ends with 7/8" heim joints on 1.5" × .250" wall DOM tubing for the tie rod, drag link, and an adjustable track bar. Black wrinkle powder coat standard.
Quick Specs
- Material: 1.5” × .250” wall DOM tube (tie rod & drag link), adjustable DOM track bar
- Joints: 7/8" heim joints w/ jam nuts
- Hardware: Included (see kit contents)
- Finish: Black wrinkle powder coat (custom powder available)
- Stabilizer: Mount for stock stabilizer in stock location included; optional aftermarket stabilizer mount available
- Protection: Optional rubber boots (recommended in salt/brine regions)
Vehicle Fitment
- Tie Rod & Drag Link: 2013–2020 Ram 3500, 2014–2020 Ram 2500 (incl. Mega Cab & Power Wagon)
- Track Bar: Fits 2013–2018 directly; 2019–2020 require track bar bracket clearance modification
Requires original pitman arm and passenger-side knuckle.
Lift & Geometry Guidance
- Stock height to ~4" leveled/lifted: Use this kit as-is. No flip or drop bracket required.
- ~5"–10"+ lifts or long-travel (e.g., our air kit): Add our Track Bar Drop Bracket for correct geometry and full travel without bump steer.
- With Drop Bracket: Drag link is flipped to the top of the passenger knuckle; bracket uses a wider-than-stock frame-side mount to increase misalignment range and reduce binding/wear; also improves diff clearance.
Stock Wheels Note (Drop Bracket users): When the drag link is flipped (with the drop bracket), stock wheels typically require spacers for clearance. Under ~4" of lift (no drop bracket), this does not apply. Always test for clearances during install.
Installation Requirements
- Knuckles & Pitman Arm: Drill/ream to a straight 3/4" hole (recommended: reamer tool)
- Alignment: Verify no binding through the full steering/suspension cycle; set toe and wheel center (live axle alignment is straightforward)
- Compatibility: We sell components due to demand, but we cannot ensure compatibility when mixed with other brands’ parts

Performance & Longevity
- Bump Steer: System is engineered to reduce or completely eliminate bump steer when set up correctly.
- Service Life: With correct install (no binding) and occasional penetrant/lubricant spray, heim joints are expected to last for years. (Example: 5+ years on our own 2015 Ram.)
- Replacement Ends: Full rod-end & hardware refresh kit ~$135 retail; previous purchasers may receive additional discount.
Important Notes & Disclaimers
- Must use original pitman arm and passenger knuckle.
- If mixing components from other suppliers, compatibility is not guaranteed.
- Requests to “return to stock” are typically unnecessary; most issues stem from improper setup and can be resolved quickly with basic tools.

We recommend you handle alignment in-house—live axle alignment is simple. Ensure zero binding at ride height and through full droop/compression. Need help? We’re happy to walk you through setup.
