What are your shipping charges?

Shipping charges vary by product, weight, location, and delivery.  For International shipments, please allow 2-3 weeks for arrival after shipment due to the customs process. 

How long before my order arrives?

Most orders ship within a few business days, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when your order ships. Delivery times vary depending on carrier.  During our busiest times of the year (Spring, Summer, Holidays) it may take longer for your order to arrive.  Below is our standard transit timing for domestic orders only.

  • USPS First Class Mail: Arrives about 2 – 6 business days from ship date
  • USPS Priority Mail: Arrives about 3 – 5 business days from ship date
  • UPS Ground: Arrives about 5 – 7 business days from ship date

NOTE:

FarFromStock takes pride in crafting high-quality custom steering, suspension, and other automotive parts tailored to your specifications. While USPS, UPS, and FedEx typically deliver within two to seven business days, the fabrication process for our custom parts may require additional time to ensure precision and quality. As a result, order preparation can take longer before shipment (10-21 business days), but we’re committed to delivering your unique components as efficiently as possible while maintaining the exceptional standards you expect. Please give us a call if you need to request expedited production/shipping.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes! Currently, our online shopping cart will ONLY allow customers from the USA and Canada to place orders.  Due to the vast price difference with location, these are the only two countries available online. However, we will ship worldwide.  Simply email us with your order and our friendly staff will complete the order with you. Brandon.farfromstock@gmail.com. International orders usually ship within 7-10 business days. 

Far From Stock does not collect duties, taxes, customs, or brokerage fees at the time of purchase. Therefore, international orders ship with these potential additional fees UNPAID. Far From Stock cannot currently determine what these charges may be. We recommend contacting your local customs office regarding your country's custom policies. 

Customers may be charged duties, taxes, customs, and/or brokerages fees on their international orders at the time of delivery in the local currency. Customers will be responsible for all duties, taxes, customs and/or brokerage fees.

Unfortunately, the international customs process takes some time when shipping to a foreign country. We ask for your patience during this process.

 

Shipping Insurance

Far From Stock now offers additional insurance at checkout. This will insure packages stolen off of porches, lost packages and damaged packages. You will need to notify Far From Stock within 3 business days of any lost, stolen or damaged products. If this time frame is not met the claim will not be able to be filed. 

If the customer chooses to NOT insure their package Far From Stock will not be held responsible for any lost damaged or stolen packages. 

Far From Stock will file the claim for the customer and it can take up to 10 days to process.
