Shipping & Handling

In-stock products physically available at Far From Stock are typically processed and shipped within 2–6 business days after payment has been received and cleared.

Custom, made-to-order, fabricated, powder-coated, configured, or special-order products may require additional production and processing time. Estimated lead times may vary depending on the product, order size, configuration, material availability, current production volume, and other circumstances.

Some products sold through Far From Stock are third-party distributed or special-order products. Certain products are sourced through manufacturers or distributors that do not sell directly to the general public and are made available to customers through Far From Stock.

These products may need to be ordered, allocated, transferred, or shipped to us or directly to the customer after an order is placed. Because fulfillment depends on manufacturer or distributor availability and processing, third-party distributed and special-order products may require additional time before shipment.

An item being available for purchase on FarFromStockStore.com does not necessarily mean that the item is physically stocked at our facility or available for immediate shipment.

Processing and production times do not include carrier transit time. Tracking information will be provided once available.

If you have a specific deadline or need a product by a certain date, please contact us before placing your order. We will do everything reasonably possible to accommodate expedited requests; however, expedited production, processing, shipment, or delivery is not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed by Far From Stock in writing.

A request for expedited service made after an order has been placed does not modify the original order terms or create a guaranteed shipment or delivery date.

International Shipping

We ship internationally; however, international orders cannot currently be completed through our online store.

Returns

Far From Stock Parts Division orders are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds simply because a customer changes their mind, changes vehicles, changes build plans, sells the vehicle, decides not to install the product, or no longer wants or needs the product.

Made-to-order, custom-manufactured, custom-finished, vehicle-specific, and special-order products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless specifically authorized by Far From Stock or required by applicable law.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing components, please contact us before returning, installing, modifying, or altering the product.

Our first priority is to correct legitimate order or product issues through repair, correction, replacement, or shipment of missing components.

Do not return any product without prior authorization from Far From Stock. All physical returns require approval and may require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Authorization to return a product does not mean that a refund has been approved.

Cancellations

Far From Stock Parts Division orders cannot be canceled once the order has been placed and payment has been accepted, except where cancellation is required by applicable law or expressly authorized by Far From Stock.

This includes orders that have entered production, fabrication, machining, powder coating, customization, supplier ordering, distributor fulfillment, allocation, procurement, or other stages of fulfillment.

Third-party distributed and special-order products may be ordered or allocated through our suppliers shortly after your order is received. Once an order has been submitted into that fulfillment process, a customer's decision that the product is no longer needed, a change in plans, or a request for faster delivery does not create a right to cancellation.

Far From Stock management may choose to make an exception under extraordinary circumstances. Any exception is determined on a case-by-case basis and does not create a right to cancellation for other orders.

Nothing in this policy limits any cancellation or refund rights that cannot legally be waived.

Payment

To order online, add the products and options you need to your cart and proceed through checkout to complete payment.

By placing an order, customers are responsible for reviewing their vehicle information, fitment, product selection, options, quantity, shipping information, and applicable store policies before completing the purchase.
