(Qty 6)These are the 3rd variation of our Weld Washers.
- For 1/4" thick plate

These are a new version of our weld washers. These are designed to fix a mounting hole that has be ovaled out. They are designed with 1/4" depth, as in the OD will press down 1/4" into the drilled hole. The drill bit size for each washer:
1/2" bolt, drill 3/4" hole
9/16" bolt, drill 3/4" hole
5/8" bolt, drill 7/8" Hole
3/4" bolt, drill 7/8" hole
These are a little different in that they are not really meant to repair a hole. These are made to create a bolt on position for anything you need to bolt on.
Lets face it, its pretty hard to tap a .120 wall tube. And even if you do, there�s just not enough material to get a strong thread. These make it easy! Just drill a �� hole, drop in one of these washers and weld them up. Every Fab Shop could use 100 a week if not more!
