Far From Stock — Billet Wheel Adapter (8×170 → 8×170, 14×1.5 Studs, 125 mm Hub Bore)

Must order two for a pair. Pricing is for one wheel adapter only.

Hub- and wheel-centric billet adapter designed for Ford Super Duty SRW trucks with an 8×170 mm bolt pattern, M14×1.5 studs, and a 125 mm center bore. Same-pattern design (8×170 → 8×170) keeps OEM PCD while adding clearance or stance. Machined from 6061-T6 aluminum billet.

Vehicle Fitment (YMM)
Make Model Years Notes
Ford F-250 Super Duty (SRW) 2003–Present 8×170, M14×1.5 studs, ~125 mm hub/wheel bore. SRW only.
Ford F-350 Super Duty (SRW) 2003–Present 8×170, M14×1.5 studs, ~125 mm hub/wheel bore. Not for dually (DRW).
Ford Excursion (SRW) 2003–2005 8×170, M14×1.5 studs, ~125 mm hub/wheel bore. Verify pitch on border years.

Thread split reference: many 1999–2002 Super Duty trucks use M14×2.0; ≈2003+ commonly use M14×1.5. Center bore around 125.0–125.1 mm is typical for SRW 8×170 applications. Always verify your truck’s specs.

Key Details
  • Bolt Pattern: 8×170 mm (vehicle) → 8×170 mm (wheel)
  • Stud Size: M14×1.5 (see note above for ’99–’02)
  • Center Bore: 125 mm hub- & wheel-centric
  • Application: Ford Super Duty SRW — not for DRW (8×200)
  • Type: Same-pattern billet adapter (not a conversion)
  • Material: Precision CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminum billet
Why these outperform generic spacers

Stronger than Cast — Machined from 6061-T6 Billet

  • 6061-T6 aerospace aluminum: Excellent toughness and fatigue resistance for working trucks.
  • Hub- & wheel-centric load path: Pilots at hub and wheel face to reduce vibration and distribute load evenly.
  • Precision machining: Tight runout and concentricity for highway-speed stability.
  • High-strength hardware: Studs and nuts spec’d to meet or exceed OEM grade requirements.
  • OEM geometry preserved: Same-pattern 8×170 → 8×170 improves stance without altering mating angles.
Install Notes
  1. Verify fitment: Confirm Super Duty SRW with 8×170 pattern and M14×1.5 studs (≈2003+ typical).
  2. Prep hub: Lift and secure vehicle; remove wheel. Clean hub face and center bore of rust/paint/debris.
  3. Test-fit adapter: Slide adapter onto hub; ensure full, even seating with no gaps.
  4. Secure adapter: Install nuts on factory studs; tighten in a star pattern to the manufacturer’s torque spec.
  5. Mount wheel: Place wheel on adapter studs; install lug nuts and tighten in a star pattern to spec.
  6. Spin/clearance check: Rotate by hand to verify no contact with calipers, tie-rod ends, or fenders.
  7. Re-torque: After 50–100 miles, re-torque adapter and wheel nuts to spec; inspect periodically.

Use fasteners that match your wheel seat style (cone/flat) and follow torque specs in your owner’s manual/wheel documentation.
