Far From Stock — Billet Wheel Adapter (8×6.5″ ↔ 8×6.5″, 9/16″ Studs, 126 mm Bore)
Purpose-built the FFS way—true, strong, and centered. This same-pattern billet adapter corrects stance/offset and adds brake & suspension clearance while keeping proper hub and wheel piloting. Machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum with high-grade steel studs.
Must order two for a pair. Pricing is for one wheel adapter.
Why this FFS adapter (Strength & Materials)
- 6061-T6 billet aluminum adapter body — CNC-machined for tight runout and durability.
- High-strength studs (12.9 grade) — secure clamping for heavy-duty use.
- Oversize hub piloting: Adapter uses a 126.0 mm center bore to fit over smaller OEM truck hubs (GM ~116.7 mm; Dodge/Ram ~121.3 mm) while maintaining true centering on the wheel.
Note: Many generic spacers are cast—this is billet 6061-T6 for superior consistency and strength.

Install Notes & How-To
- Verify specs: Your truck must be 8×6.5 (8×165.1) with 9/16″ studs. This adapter’s 126.0 mm bore is larger than the OEM hub and will slide over (GM ~116.7 mm; Dodge/Ram ~121.3 mm).
- Prep: Safely lift; remove wheels. Clean hub face & center bore. Remove rust, burrs, or debris.
- Test fit: Place adapter on hub and confirm full, flush seating (no gaps). Stop if any interference occurs.
- Mount adapter: Install nuts on factory studs; tighten in a star pattern to your factory torque spec.
- Mount wheel: Install wheel on adapter studs; torque lug nuts evenly to spec.
- Clearance check: Spin by hand; verify no contact with calipers/knuckles and adequate fender/liner clearance through steering range.
- Re-torque: After 50–100 miles, re-torque adapter and wheel nuts; check periodically.
Safety: Ensure thread engagement ≥ stud diameter; never stack spacers; do not exceed OEM torque specs. Professional installation recommended.
