When Selecting a Powder Coat Custom Color , Pay attention to the description, it will tell you if you need more than one coat of powder. Dual Stage colors have a silver underbase and are often named Illusion. If you are unsure give us a call and we will help you decide.

2nd Gen Ram Bolt-On Traction Bar Kit — Hardcore, heavy-duty, no-rattle traction bars for leaf-spring Rams. Locks down axle wrap and rear-end wander without giving up suspension travel or ground clearance—no welding required. Bar lengths available in 54″, 60″, and 73″ to suit cab/bed and lift setups.
Default finish: Wrinkle Black. Custom colors available via surcharge.

- Compatibility: 2nd Gen Ram leaf-spring rear Works great with rear lift blocks.

Installation
- Difficulty: Intermediate (drilling + precise alignment)
- No Welding: 100% bolt-on using frame clamps and axle U-bolts.
- Tips: Set ride height, mock up both bars, confirm pinion angle and clearance at full droop/compression, then torque in sequence.
- Works with Lift Blocks: Increases anti-wrap leverage by forming a strong triangle (bars + block + front half of leaf as an upper arm).
Tap Flex Structural Fastener Notes (used in install)
- Meets Grade 5 ASTM A449 strength/ductility
- Drill size: 15/32″
- Seating torque: 75 ft-lbs
- In 1/8″ steel: Shear strength ~ 4,773 lbs; Thread pull-out ~ 3,668 lbs (increases with added thickness)
Re-torque all hardware after the first 50–100 miles and after any heavy use.
