94-02 2g Long Travel Air Suspension (FRONT)
94-02 2g Long Travel Air Suspension (FRONT)
Just like you would expect, when we dive into a suspension system, especially air or long travel, we leave others in the dust. No settling for small diameter bags with a stiffer ride, no sacrifice of towing quality or handling, no small amounts of travel where it’s difficult to see how much it even moves.

This system will move! 14” of travel. Adjusts from -3” lift to +11” of lift on 4 link suspension.
This system is soft! Largest bag diameter and length of any system available from any competitor. It will effortlessly support the truck and ride like a cloud.
This system will handle! All new heavy duty 1/4 wall dom steering and track system to eliminate all the oem tie rod end junk.
Engineered to work! So don’t ask to substitute your shocks or steering stabilizer or your track bar drop bracket or whatever, it won’t work correctly. Our stuff will work on your truck but other manufacturers parts very likely are not tight enough tolerances or designed with the same thing in mind or in conjunction with similar parts. I’m not saying we won’t do anything you ask, but you will be messing with the end result that is already correct. This setup is so tight that it can not be used with an aftermarket diff cover. There isn’t enough room to fit. But, if there was, it couldn’t be as cool.
All bolt on, no welding required. Some trimming and drilling necessary but for the result of a full custom suspension, it’s a very easy install. If necessary we can make return-to-stock brackets for any significant changes to the truck, on request only.
Includes all hard parts necessary to complete the install. Does not include any air management parts.
We have kits available to handle the electronic air management as well as extras to plumb your own fast dump/bump systems.
We recommend custom fender modifications to maximize steering angle at the lowest height possible. We do those on the truck without removing the fender and when finished they are not noticeable as different than stock.
Due to the low pinion 2g front axle, you will need to clock the transfer case, we include a bracket to modify the trans crossmember to accommodate this for a 47rh, other shorter transmissions like the re may not need a crossmember mod. We have options available. You will need a spin free kit to allow the drive shaft to stay stationary when not in 4wd with a high quality driveshaft made to fit, likely including a 1410 yoke at the axle, 4wd will work at everything but the highest height adjustments.
We do have parts available for substitute if you choose to use a high pinion 3g axle to alleviate some or all of the above mentioned driveshaft issues. Some fine tuning adjustments will be required to ensure the switch works well in final form (different front brake lines than originally designed with kit, ect.).
Recommended front anti sway bar from an early 2g that angles out at the ends, (94-98ish).
Must run standard aftermarket truck wheel rear spacing, meaning stock style wheels will not work without wheel spacers.
SRW and DRW kits available, dana 70 and 80 options.
DRW wheels will need spacers to ensure the inside sidewall is similar to a SRW aftermarket truck wheel in a SRW application.

Questions asked:
Hello, I have a 2002 3500 and am looking at your 94-02 2g Long Travel Air Suspension (REAR) I'll be towing 14-15K and have a hid a ball goose neck. question with the hide a ball interfere with the 4 link air ride kit? and is this kit ok for towing 15K with a 6spd. thanks for your time, David E.
Answer: No problem on towing heavy, best option there is. We use the outside of the frame for our bag mount. However, I included extra material that extends up to the bed floor so a hitch can stay, or be adapted to fit. Very straightforward project to put about anyone’s gooseneck hitch in that location.
