Why these outperform generic spacers
Stronger than Cast — Machined from 6061-T6 Billet
- 6061-T6 aerospace aluminum: Trusted for toughness, ductility, and fatigue resistance — perfect for heavy-duty trucks.
- Hub- & wheel-centric design: Centers both at the hub and wheel face to eliminate vibration and spread load evenly.
- Precision CNC machining: Ensures concentric fit, minimal runout, and balance at highway speeds.
- High-strength hardware: Premium studs and nuts designed to meet or exceed OEM grade requirements.
- OEM geometry preserved: Same-pattern 8×180 → 8×180 fitment keeps the correct mating alignment.
Install & Safety
- Professional installation recommended; always test-fit before mounting tires.
- Use correct lug nuts for hub-side (factory studs) and wheel-side (adapter studs).
- Torque to spec and re-torque after 50–100 miles, then periodically.
- Front axle use only; not for rear axle or DRW applications.
Built for heavy-duty use
Machined from solid 6061-T6 billet and inspected for roundness and stud torque. Designed for GM trucks that tow, haul, and work daily — not just show.
