Use two of these to adapt from the 46, 47 and 727 based transmissions line ports to the Mishimoto -10an pre-made cooler lines. Due to the large 10an size the 1/4" pipe thread fitting is allowed to be larger inside diameter for increased flow. Be careful tightening these down, no great amount of torque needed to seal. We haven't broken one of these but it's entirely possible due to the large nut diameter. Sold as a pair of 2
